Confirm the active file first
Check the Zen’s selected script slot and your official download. A different file or older slot can explain why the screen does not match the new guide. Keep the original and replacement files labeled separately.
Compare the exact label
For example, the supplied Rift V1.1 has five named Button Rhythm speeds and a separate Auto Green MS page. A guide talking about an MS field is not automatically describing the speed-preset page. Match the page name, mode, and version before following its instructions.
Ask for the correct version reference
If the official current file genuinely differs, send support the file version and the screen label. A screenshot of the menu is more useful than “the settings are gone.” Do not overwrite a working configuration just to make it resemble an older tutorial.
